Resumen
[ES]Así pues para finalizar el Master de Administración de Empresas por la Universidad de Jaén, he diseñado un plan de empresa para BaezaGo!, una empresa de servicios turísticos para la ciudad de Baeza cuya base es la innovación a la hora de enseñar al visitante la ciudad y disfrutar de su riqueza tanto monumental como gastronómica.
Dicho plan de empresa está dividido en diferentes apartados, cobrando especial
relevancia el apartado presupuestario, el cual nos dará una visión detallada de diferentes aspectos económicos como los costes necesarios para realizar la actividad, la financiación necesaria o la posibilidad de determinar si dicha idea es o no viable. Este apartado presupuestario será expuesto siguiendo tres situaciones o escenarios (realista, optimista y pesimista), dependiendo de la cantidad de servicios turísticos contratados por el visitante y como la empresa se adapta a cada uno de ellos.
[EN]To conclude this MA in Business Administration at University of Jaen, I have designed a business plan for BaezaGo!, a tourism company whose identity is towards innovation when showing the city of Baeza to the visitors and help them enjoy it from a cultural, historical and gastronomic point of view. The already mentioned business plan is divided into several sections, giving a major relevance to the one related to budget, which will highlight different economic aspects such as the necessary costs to carry out an activity, the required funding, or the possibility to determine whether or not a particular idea is profitable. This budgetary section will be presented according to three situations or scenarios (realistic, optimistic and pessimistic), depending on the number of touristic services hired by the visitant and how the company adapts to each one of them.
