(ES) Las conductas disruptivas siguen siendo uno de los principales objetos de intervención en las aulas escolares,
ya que dificultan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La presencia de este comportamiento no solo afecta
a la persona que lo realiza, sino que repercute negativamente en la labor docente, el clima del aula y en el
resto del alumnado. La presente revisión bibliográfica recoge los conceptos más descriptivos sobre las
conductas disruptivas, clasificando los factores de riesgo determinantes de las mismas. Además, se señalan
diferentes estrategias de intervención y prevención, así como una breve mención sobre los diferentes
trastornos de conducta que pueden originarse y la importancia de la educación emocional. Los beneficios de
la práctica deportiva en niños y adolescentes se han recogido en diferentes investigaciones y son llevados a
la práctica en la posterior propuesta didáctica, donde se plantea un programa de doce semanas cuya finalidad
es la reducción de las conductas disruptivas, utilizando instrumentos válidos y fiables comprobados en
investigaciones científicas.
(EN) Disruptive behaviors continue to be one of the main objects of intervention in school classrooms, since they hinder the teaching-learning process. The presence of this behavior not only affects the person who performs it, but also has a negative impact on the teaching work, the classroom climate and the rest of the students. The present bibliographic review collect the most descriptive concepts about disruptive behaviors, classifying the risk factors that determine them. In addition, different intervention and prevention strategies are pointed out, as well as a short mention of the different behavior disorders that can originate and the importance of emotional education. The benefits of sports practice in children and teenagers have been collected in different researches and are put into practice in the following didactic proposal where a twelveweek program is proposed with the aim of decrease disruptive behaviors, using valid and reliable instruments tested in scientific researches.
