Resumen
[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Máster tiene como objetivo crear y poner en funcionamiento un restaurante en la
ciudad de Jaén. Esta elección conlleva un gran riesgo debido al gran número de restaurantes que
contiene la ciudad, pero pretendemos aportar novedad a la misma prestando y ofreciendo un servicio
gastronómico proveniente de diferentes países.
Este plan de empresa no presenta un proyecto innovador en sí, aunque sí lo es, ya que hoy en día no
hay ningún restaurante en la zona que reúna tres tipos de comidas (china, italiana y mexicana). No
tenemos un competidor directo.
Para poder poner en marcha esta idea, se ha realizado diferentes estudios: como evaluar el entorno del
país y el sector hostelero, se realiza un plan de marketing y recursos humanos, así como un plan
económico-financiero, para conocer si podemos ejecutar este proyecto.
Todo este análisis nos ayudará a tomar decisiones, al igual que aporta datos para asegurar la viabilidad
del restaurante.
[EN] This Master's Thesis aims to create and put into operation a restaurant in the city of Jaén. This choice entails a great risk due to the large number of restaurants that the city has, but we intend to bring freshness to it by providing and offering a gastronomic service from different countries. Even though this business plan is notan innovative project in itself, nowadays there are no restaurants in this area that gather the three types of food (Chinese, ltalian and Mexican), so in sorne way, we can consider it pioneering. We do not have a direct competitor. In arder to implement this idea, different studies have been carried out: how to evaluate the country's environment and the hospitality sector, a marketing and human resources plan is made, as well asan economic-financial plan, to know if we can execute this project. AII this analysis will help us make decisions, as well as provide data to ensure the viability of the restaurant.
