REFORMA Y REACONDICIONAMIENTO SÍSIMICO DE UN EDIFICIO EXISTENTE EN JAÉN

Abstract

[ES] En el trabajo fin de grado, basado en un estudio técnico, titulado “Reforma y reacondicionamiento sísmico de un edificio existente en Jaén” se propone la reforma de un edificio para adaptarla anuevos usos contemplando la nueva normativa vigente en el sector de la construcción de España. A continuación, se realiza una evaluación de la estructura recalculada sometida a los nuevos niveles de peligrosidad sísmica para la provincia de Jaén propuestos por el Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) en 2012. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se proponen diferentes medidas de proyecto para el reacondicionamiento sísmico de la estructura.[EN] The purpose of this final degree job, based on a technical study, titled "Reform and Seismic Retrofit of an Existing Building in Jaén" is to propose the modification of a building to adapt it to new uses, considering the Spanish current standards in the construction sector. Next, a seismic evaluation of the modified structure is conducted under the new seismic hazard proposed for the province of Jaén by the IGN. Additionally, an evaluation of the recalculated structure is taken into account to consider the new seismic hazard levels that the National Geographic Institute (IGN) has determined for the province of Jaén in 2012. Different seismic design approaches are proposed for the retrofitting of the structure.
