Resumen
El trabajo de fin de máster aborda los tipos de mercado desde una perspectiva económica. En un mundo globalizado y altamente competitivo, comprender los diferentes tipos de mercado es esencial para los profesionales y las empresas. El estudio se centra en cuatro tipos principales de mercado: competencia perfecta, competencia monopolística, oligopolio y monopolio. Se examinan las características clave de cada tipo, como el número de competidores, la existencia de barreras de entrada, el grado de diferenciación del producto y el poder de mercado. Además, se analiza la evolución del mercado a través de nuestra historia junto con una conceptualización de los sistemas económicos. En definitiva, este estudio proporciona una base sólida para comprender los tipos de mercado y su
relevancia en el entorno empresarial actual.
The master's thesis addresses market types from an economic perspective. In a globalized and highly competitive world, understanding the different market types is essential for professionals and businesses. The study focuses on four main types of markets: perfect competition, monopolistic competition, oligopoly, and monopoly. Key characteristics of each type are examined, such as the number of competitors, the existence of entry barriers, the degree of product differentiation, and market power. Additionally, the evolution of the market throughout history is analyzed, along with a conceptualization of economic systems. Ultimately, this study provides a solid foundation for understanding market types and their relevance in the current business environment.
