Resumen
[ES]Este Trabajo Fin de Máster consta de dos partes bien diferenciadas: la primera
parte, se corresponde con una fundamentación epistemológica sobre el crowdfunding,
en la cual se realiza la delimitación del objeto de estudio, los antecedentes y estado de
la cuestión a través de la revisión de la literatura.
La segunda parte, hace referencia a la proyección de la unidad didáctica “La
financiación de la empresa”, recogida en el currículo de la etapa educativa de 2o
Bachillerato. En ella, se realiza la contextualización del I.E.S. Huarte de San Juan, los
objetivos, contenidos, competencias y actividades a desarrollar, la metodología y
recursos didácticos empleados y, para concluir, la evaluación a emplear.
El objetivo es dar a conocer el crowdfunding, dado el impulso adquirido tras el
boom de las tecnologías y redes sociales, ante la retracción del crédito y el recorte de
la financiación tradicional.

[EN]This essay consists of two different parts: the first part focuses on an epistemological foundation on crowdfunding, in which is carried out the delimitation of the object of study, the background and state of the question through the review of the literature. The second part refers to the development of the didactic unit “The financing of the company”, included in the curriculum of the educational stage 2 nd year of Non Compulsory Education. It is shown the contextualization of the I.E.S Huarte de San Juan, objectives, contents, competences to reach and activities to do the methodology and didactic resources used and to conclude, the evaluation which will be developed. The aim is to publish crowdfunding, given the great boost after the boom of technologies and social networks, faced with the retraction of credit and cutback in the traditional financing.
