(EN) Using the olive tree as Andalusia's cultural heritage, an educational project is proposed for pre-school education in which, through a playful and constructive methodology, the pupils are brought closer to the central axis of the project. It has been developed with the aim of familiarising pupils with their natural environment, which in our area is the olive tree. In addition, to learn about its history, the role of women, types of olive trees, etc.... This learning is carried out through PBL, which is considered to be a good learning method for early childhood education. All this is worked on in a eleven sesión project where there is an input activity and a final product. In these sessions, we try to ensure that all the students achieve the proposed objectives, adapting the activity to their specific needs. The contents and objectives set out in the project are close to the three areas of the current curricular regulations for Infant Education.
