Habilidades sociales en el aula: contenido curricular y función docente

Hasta el momento, las habilidades sociales han sido consideradas un tema a tratar en la educación de forma superficial. Sin embargo, debido a los cambios experimentados en la sociedad, ha surgido una necesidad latente de
trabajar estas otorgándoles la importancia que realmente tienen en el desarrollo vital. Ante este reto, nos encontramos que una parte de los docentes no solo no tienen formación en este tema, sino que posiblemente presenten dificultades para desarrollar este tipo de habilidades en el aula. Por este motivo, en la primera parte del presente trabajo se realiza una revisión bibliográfica con todos los aspectos a tener en cuenta respecto a las habilidades sociales en la función docente. Seguidamente, se expone la programación de una unidad didáctica en la
cual se trata este tema, enfocada al Ciclo de Grado Superior de Integración Social, más concretamente al módulo de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal.
Nowadays, social skills have been considered a less important topic in education. However, due to changes in the society, there is a necesity in this moment to work in this skills because of the importance that it have in our development. In this challenge, a part of the teachers don ́t have any training in this topic, also they have some difficulties to develop this skills in class. For this reason, in the first part of this document we can see a bibliographic review about social skills in teacher ́s work. Next, it exposed a programming about this topic with a didactic unit, which is focused on vocational qualifications like Social Integration, specifically in the subjet Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
