La oportunidad del turismo rural: Terra Ecolodge

Abstract

La excesiva demanda de turismo de sol y playa y de turismo cultural en nuestro país es un tema recurrente en las últimas décadas. Concretamente en la provincia de Córdoba es visible la demanda centralizada en el turismo cultural en la capital. Por ello, la necesidad de ofrecer propuestas turísticas sostenibles y esestacionalizadoras resulta interesante. Disponemos de la capacidad de ofrecer alternativas en el medio rural, alternativas que pueden caracterizarse por la ausencia de masas, por la sostenibilidad y por el respeto al medioambiente. Hoy día, la sostenibilidad es un tema recurrente. Por ello, nuestro trabajo pretende ofrecer una propuesta sostenible y original de un alojamiento rural Ecolodge en el municipio de Almodóvar del Río. Un alojamiento que ofrezca al turista la tranquilidad del medio rural, la desconexión de lo urbano, el disfrute de actividades en la naturaleza y el deleite de productos gastronómicos locales.

The excessive demand for sun and beach tourism and cultural tourism in our country has been a recurring theme in recent decades. Specifically, in the province of Cordoba, the demand of cultural tourism in the capital itself is visible. For this reason, to offer sustainable and deseasonalising tourism proposals is of interest. We have the capacity to offer alternatives in the rural environment, alternatives that can be characterised by the absence of masses, sustainability and the respect for the environment. Nowadays, sustainability is an important issue. For this reason, our work aims to offer a sustainable and original proposal for a rural Ecolodge in the municipality of Almodóvar del Río, in Córdoba. An accommodation that offers tourists the tranquillity of the rural environment, the disconnection from urban life, the enjoyment of activities in nature and the delight of local gastronomic products.
