Aplicación de la metodología BBS en la prevención de riesgos laborales en una fábrica de cerveza.

Abstract

[ES]En los últimos años hemos asistido en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo a un incremento de los accidentes laborales con baja. Cambios de organización en las empresas dónde se redimensionan las plantillas y se subordina el trabajo a las vicisitudes del mercado y a la coyuntura económica, afectan a las conductas laborales lo que puede redundar en el incremento de la siniestralidad. La planificación de la actividad preventiva se configura como pilar básico al establecer los objetivos y las actuaciones para combatir los riesgos laborales detectados en la evaluación evitando la producción de accidentes. El deber de integración de la prevención en la empresa es necesario y ha de llevarse a cabo con la implicación de todos los sujetos de la organización para alcanzar una acción preventiva eficaz. Nuevas herramientas de prevención como BBS (Seguridad basada en los comportamientos) ayudan a la consecución de este objetivo.[EN]In recent years, we have witnessed an increase in occupational safety and health at work. Changes of organization in the companies, where the templates are resized and the work subordinated to the fluctuations of the market and to the economic conjuncture, affect the labor conducts which can result in the increase of accidents. Planning of preventive activities is used as a basic pillar when establishing the objectives and the actions to combat the labor risks detected in the evaluation, in turn, avoiding accidents. The duty of integration of prevention in the company is necessary and must be carried out with the involvement of all the subjects of the organization to achieve effective preventive action. New prevention tools like BBS (Safety based on behaviors) help to achieve this goal.
