[ES]La razón de este trabajo reside en la Garantía de los bienes y servicios postventa, de la cual cabe destacar la Directiva 1999/44/CE y la Ley 23/2003, que ya mostraban las medidas que garantizaban la protección de los consumidores con referencia al principio de conformidad de los bienes con el contrato de venta. Pero, cabe destacar, que el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 deroga dicha ley, aprobando en su lugar el Texto Refundido de la Ley General de la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. Este texto recoge el hecho de que el consumidor debe estar de acuerdo con el bien que adquiere a través del vendedor, según el contrato entre ambos, y del mismo modo el vendedor debe hacerse cargo de cualquier disconformidad con el contrato en el momento de la entrega. Existen una serie de requisitos para la conformidad que deben estar estipulados en el contrato, y en el casa en el que haya una falta de alguno de ellos el consumidor tiene derecho a la sustitución, reparación, modificación del precio o resolución del contrato. Posteriormente este texto fue modificado en 2014, cambiando algunos de sus artículos y añadiendo otros, originando la llamada Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo.
[EN]The reason for this work lies in the guarantee of goods and after-sales services, which include Directive 1999/44 / EC and Law 23/2003, and showed the measures guaranteeing the protection of consumers with reference to the top conformity of goods with the sales contract.
