Resumen
[ES]El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) trata sobre la utilidad de los cuentos
infantiles como recurso didáctico en la clase de ELE. A través de este proyecto
pretendemos demostrar la importancia de los cuentos a la hora de aprender una lengua
extranjera. En la primera parte, se dará una visión teórica sobre los cuentos infantiles y
su función en la clase de ELE. Y en la segunda parte, se realizará una propuesta
didáctica con actividades basadas en el enfoque por tareas para fomentar la lectura y el
aprendizaje de la lengua española en alumnos extranjeros.

[EN]The present Final Master Project (TFM), deals with the usefulness of fairytales as a didactic resource in the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language, hereinafter TSFL. Through this project we intend to demonstrate the importance of tales to learn a foreign language. The first part of this paper will focus on theoretical aspects of fairytales and their function on the TSFL classroom. The second part is a didactic proposal with activities task- based approach to develop the acquisition of the Spanish language in students by making them aware of the importance of having a reading habit.
