El delito del artículo 183 bis como forma de corrupción de menores.

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo tiene por estudio el análisis en profundidad de la figura de corrupción de menores, en un contexto en el que se intenta proteger al menor de edad en una sociedad cada vez más cambiante. La existencia de este delito no es reciente, e intentaremos, teniendo en cuenta sus antecedentes legislativos, profundizar en la finalidad del mismo en la actualidad, así como delimitar su contenido. El avance legislativo, no lleva siempre consigo una perfección del Código Penal, pues tras las constantes reformas de este, y de todos los artículos similares han hecho también que su contenido se haya visto pisado en determinadas situaciones. Y es aquí donde encontraremos más problemas a la hora de analizarlo, pero intentaremos con este trabajo, por tanto, dilucidar de forma clara su contenido, finalidad y delimitación con otros delitos similares.

[EN] This study has for its study the in-depth analysis of the figure of corruption of under-age, in a context in which it tries to protect the minor in an increasingly changing society. The existence of this crime is not recent, we will try, taking into account their legislative history, to deepen the purpose of it at present, as well as to delimit its content. Legislative progress, does not always lead to a perfection of the Criminal Code, because after the constant reforms of this, and all similar articles have also made their content has been stepped in certain situations. And this is where we will find more problems when analyzing it, but we will try with this study, therefore, to elucidate clearly its content, purpose and delimitation with other similar crimes.
