Resumen
El principal objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado es dar a conocer la
relación entre la Industria 4.0 y los recursos humanos. Las diferentes
tecnologías existentes están siendo cada vez más aplicadas a los
procesos de gestión de recursos humanos. Según la metodología seguida,
se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica sobre la Industria 4.0 y la
gestión de los recursos humanos, con el principal objetivo de mostrar la
relación existente entre ambos términos; además de la exposición de una
serie de casos en los que varias empresas han utilizado diferentes
tecnologías en sus procesos de recursos humanos. Posteriormente
hablaremos de los resultados obtenidos, que reflejan que cada vez son
más las empresas que utilizan la tecnología en el área de recursos
humanos, además de encontrar relación entre el grado de innovación y el
tamaño de las empresas.
The main aim of this ending degree project is to announce the relationship among Industry 4.0 and the human resources. The different existing technologies, are being every time more applied to the human resources management processes. According to the methodology followed, it has been done a bibliographic review about Industry 4.0 and the human resources management, with the main aim of showing the existing relationship among both terms; in addition of an exposition of a serie of cases in which several companies have used different technologies in their human resource processes. Later, we will talk about the results obtained , wich reflect that more and more companies use technology in the area of human resources, in addition to finding a relationship among degree of innovation and the size of companies.
