DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PLAN DE INSPECCIÓN BASADO EN EL RIESGO DE LA JUNTA DE ANDALUCÍA DURANTE UN PERIODO DE 12 MESES

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se ha hecho una revisión del Plan de Inspección Basado en el Riesgo en la junta de Andalucía, teniendo en cuenta tanto la normativa que lo regula, sus objetivos, responsables de hacerlo cumplir, metodología de inspección y su relación con otros programas, así como los indicadores para la evaluación del mismo. Para finalizar, se hace un estudio de los establecimientos inspeccionados, así como de los resultados de esta actuación a lo largo de un año.

[EN] The main aim of this study is to review the Risk-Based Inspection Plan of the autonomous community of Andalucía taking into account the food’s legislation, the different aims, the authority in charge of this plan, the methodology to carry out this task, other plans that are in connection with that described, and lastly, the different rubrics in the evaluation of the plan. Finally, a study of the inspected establishments and their results throughout one year has been described.
