Resumen
[ES] Actualmente, las joyerías se han visto afectadas debido a la crisis, además de cambios en los factores sociales.
El objetivo del presente trabajo, es realizar un plan de marketing para una joyería de lujo. La joyería se llamará JOYAS&COMPLEMENTS, tratándose de una pequeña empresa independiente, creada en la ciudad de Baeza (Jaén).
En primer lugar, se explicará la situación actual del mercado y de la empresa en sí. En segundo lugar, se analizará la empresa mediante un análisis DAFO. Además contaremos con la ayuda del análisis de las cinco fuerzas de Porter. Estos análisis nos harán definir los objetivos para posteriormente desarrollar las políticas de marketing mix, centrándose en el precio, producto, comunicación y distribución. Por último, realizaremos un plan de acción para conseguir los objetivos mediante las estrategias planteadas. Finalmente, se explicarán las conclusiones a las que hemos llegado realizando las tres etapas del plan de marketing
[EN] Nowadays, the Jewelry market has been affected by the crisis and the changes in the society The aim of this project is to make a marketing plan for a luxury jewelry .Our company is called “JOYAS & COMPLEMENTS”, being a small independent company, located in the town of Baeza (Jaén).
