Análisis Económico-Financiero de un proyecto empresarial. Lizard Language Academy

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en la creación de una academia de idiomas en la ciudad de Jaén. La academia contará con servicios de guardería bilingüe, grupos de inglés y alemán, grupos especializados, etc. La principal diferenciación respecto a la competencia, es que no nos centramos en preparar a nuestro cliente para un certificado de idiomas, sino que vamos a enseñarle un idioma para usarlo en su vida diaria y profesional. Nos diferenciamos por ser un centro con servicios innovadores y de calidad. La inversión inicial de la empresa será de 241.705’52€, que para financiarla haremos una aportación al Capital Social de 35.000€ y el resto a través de un préstamo bancario. Según nuestra previsión, los ingresos obtenidos serán superiores a los gastos, por lo que conseguiremos beneficios positivos durante los cinco años, con altos niveles de tesorería. Después de calcular el VAN y el TIR, podemos afirmar que debemos aceptar el proyecto.
