LA VICTIMIZACIÓN SECUNDARIA EN PERSONAS MENORES DE EDAD AFECTADAS POR ABUSOS SEXUALES

Abstract

El presente estudio centra su análisis en la dimensión jurídica que afecta a las personas menores víctimas de abusos sexuales desde una perspectiva del Trabajo Social. En él, se analiza el papel de los/as menores víctimas de abusos sexuales en el proceso penal. Este fenómeno genera un proceso en el que no se valoran adecuadamente los aspectos psicosociales resultantes. Para ello, se exponen los conceptos que lo delimitan, así como su evolución, enmarcando el trabajo desde la concepción de víctima hasta abuso sexual, centrándose en la victimización secundaria. Por otro lado, se considera la credibilidad de la víctima menor, así como el papel del sistema judicial, todo ello, motivado por las legislaciones correspondientes.

The present research centres an analysis within legal dimension that affects minors who are victims of sexual abuse from a Social Work perspective. In this research, the role of minor victims of sexual abuse in the criminal process is analysed. This fact generates a process where the resulting psychosocial aspects are not asses properly. For that, the concepts that delimit it are exposed, as well as their evolution, to classify and frame this work from the conception of victim to sexual abuse, focus in the secondary victimization. On the other hand, considered the credibility of the minor victim, as well as the role of the legal system, all this, motivated by the corresponding legislation.
