La escolarización de Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados: una oportunidad para la educación intercultural e inclusiva

Abstract

[ES]Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados (MENAS) al llegar a nuestro país, presentan ciertas necesidades de tipo educativo y ocupacional, idiomáticas y/o de autonomía y manejo de habilidades sociales, derivando en importantes problemas de integración social. El objetivo de este trabajo es desarrollar una propuesta de intervención creando un programa de Intervención Socioeducativa para el entrenamiento de habilidades para la transición a la vida adulta y laboral, con el objetivo de fomentar la integración del colectivo MENA. En primer lugar, se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliográfica respecto a diversos aspectos relacionados con este colectivo. Posteriormente, se desarrolló un programa basado en las tres áreas de intervención de la Orientación Educativa: acción tutorial, orientación académica y profesional y atención a la diversidad. Los resultados esperados serán la adquisición de las aptitudes necesarias para la vida adulta y laboral y a su vez, fomentar la integración e inclusión social del colectivo MENA. [EN]Unaccompanied Foreign Minors when they arrive in our country, presents certain needs from educational and occupational type, language and/or autonomy and management of social skills, deriving in important problems of social integration. The objective of this work is to develop an intervention proposal by creating a Socio-Educational Intervention program for the training of skills for the transition to adult and working life, with the aim of promoting the integration of the Unaccompanied Foreign Minors group. Firstly, a bibliographic review was carried out with respect to various aspects related to this group. Subsequently, a program based on the three areas of intervention of the Educational Orientation: tutorial action, academic and professional orientation and attention to diversity was developed. The expected results from the implementation of this program in the educational field will be the acquisition of the necessary skills for adult and working life and in turn, promoting the integration and social inclusion of the Unaccompanied Foreign Minors.
