(EN)This work describes a local low-cost GNSS network to monitor the troposphere in the province of Jaén, southern Spain. The main objective is to estimate the time series of Zenith Total Delay and Precipitable Water Vapor using GNSS data from low-cost permanent stations installed. To this end, the GNSS data from five low-cost permanent stations registered during 2023 have been collected, reviewed and processed. The coordinates of these GNSS stations have been determined with respect to permanent GNSS stations belonging to the Andalusian Positioning Network using free software tools. The time series coordinates from each GNSS station has been estimated from PPP processing and finally, the precipitable water vapor in the low-cost GNSS station installed at the University of Jaén.
