PROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA FOMENTAR UNA RED DE APOYO EN PERSONAS MAYORES A TRAVÉS DE LA ALIMENTACIÓN

Abstract

En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se presenta el diseño de un Proyecto de Intervención dirigido a personas mayores. Está basado en la participación activa y en los beneficios que tiene esta metodología. Se centra en la red de apoyo de las personas mayores y los efectos de la soledad a través de la alimentación. En el proyecto se ve reflejado cómo el trabajo social está relacionado con esta temática y la importancia de abordarla desde esta profesión. Por último, se muestra la necesidad de mejorar e innovar los recursos comunes, en este caso, los comedores dirigidos a personas mayores. Este proyecto trata de un espacio utilizado para comedor, formación, información y ocio de este colectivo, situado en Úbeda, en un local alquilado por el ayuntamiento.

This Final Degree Project presents the design of an Intervention Project aimed at the elderly. It is based on active participation and on the benefits of this methodology. It focuses on the support network of older people and the effects of loneliness through food. The project reflects how social work is related to this subject and the importance of approaching it from this profession. Finally, it shows the need to improve and innovate the common resources, in this case, the canteens for the elderly. This project treats of a space used for dining room, formation, information and leisure of this collective, located in Úbeda, in a place rented by the city council.
