Resumen
[ES] En el presente estudio, se ha elaborado un portafolio de competencias, en el cual se recopilan todas aquellas competencias cursadas durante el curso 2015-2019, presentes en las guías docentes de cada una de las asignaturas del Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
Su elaboración, se llevará a cabo mediante una clasificación de las diferentes competencias en desarrolladas, no desarrolladas y parcialmente desarrolladas, lo cual se explicará mediante la opinión del alumno, teniendo en cuenta su experiencia en los cuatro años cursados durante su grado. Para el desarrollo de aquellas competencias que se consideran adquiridas, el alumno seleccionará algunas evidencias, como pueden ser trabajos o documentos que estampen la relación con la meta o el propósito de la competencia seleccionada, mientras para aquellas competencias que se consideran no adquiridas o parcialmente adquiridas, el alumno comentará el por qué las considera de esta manera y aportará mejoras para ellas.
