POLÍTICAS DE EMPLEO, SUBSIDIO AGRARIO, PLAN DE EMPLEO RURAL Y SU EVOLUCIÓN

Abstract

La realidad de la protección de los trabajadores del campo andaluz ha ido cambiando, desde una primera regulación del subsidio agrario hasta nuestros días. Ha sido necesario regular estas prestaciones con un conjunto de medidas de acompañamiento a la propias prestación, como son la formación, casas de oficios y fundamentalmente fondos adicionales gestionados por los ayuntamientos para completar rentas y completar requisitos de las para acceder a la prestación. Es necesario ajustar esta realidad a nuestros días, y hacer este conjunto de medidas más eficaz para este colectivo. Se ha comprobado que ya no es un dique de contención contra el despoblamiento de las zonas rurales. Por lo tanto es necesaria una revisión profunda que diversifique las economías rurales, para que avancen hacia el turismo rural y el sector agroalimentario. The reality of the protection of Andalusian rural workers has changed since the first regulation of the agricultural subsidy until today. It has been necessary to regulate these benefits with a set of measures to accompany the benefit itself, such as training, trade houses and basically additional funds managed by the municipalities to supplement income and complete the requirements for access to the benefit. It is necessary to adjust this reality to our times, and make this set of measures more effective for this group. It has been proven that it is no longer a containment dyke against the depopulation of rural areas. A thorough review is therefore needed to diversify rural economies, so that they move towards rural tourism and the agri-food sector.
