dc.description.abstractLa atención a las personas mayores es un reto al que se enfrenta la sociedad y la previsión de las necesidades socio-sanitarias es una de las mayores urgencias. En el presente trabajo se pretende realizar una revisión documental sobre los planes existentes en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía que abordan la atención socio-sanitaria. Se analizarán los diferentes modelos asistenciales y se hará un breve recorrido por el marco normativo. Finalmente se estudiarán nichos de empleo y el porvenir del trabajador social.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe care of the elderly is a challenge that society faces and the forecast of the social and health needs is one of the greatest urgencies. In the present work we intend to carry out a documentary review of the existing plans in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The different healthcare models will be analyzed and a brief tour of the regulatory framework will be made. Finally niches of employment and the future of the social worker will be studied.es_ES
