Resumen
[ES]Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster ha perseguido la intención de realizar un estudio sobre el empoderamiento femenino en sus diversas vertientes. Al mismo tiempo, se han examinado aspectos relacionados con los roles de género. Y todo ello ha sido analizado a través de un conocido y longevo musical de Broadway titulado Wicked: la historia no contada de las Brujas de Oz. Relacionando a cada protagonista femenina de la historia con un determinado modelo de liderazgo, se ha profundizado en los modelos existentes. También se ha relacionado dicha obra con la Teoría Relacional-Cultural, propuesta por la psicóloga y activista por los derechos de la mujer, Jean Baker Miller, haciendo hincapié en las grandes posibilidades que esta obra en particular posee en lo referente a la educación en valores y a su reivindicación social y cultural.

[EN]This Master's Thesis has pursued the intention of conducting a study on women's empowerment in its various aspects. At the same time, aspects related to gender roles have been examined. And all this has been analyzed through a well-known and long-lived Broadway musical entitled Wicked: the untold story of the Witches of Oz. Relating to each female protagonist of the story with a certain model of leadership, the existing models have been deepened. This work has also been related to the Relational-Cultural Theory, proposed by the psychologist and activist for the rights of women, Jean Baker Miller, emphasizing the great possibilities that this particular play has in relation to education in values and to its social and cultural claim.
