Resumen
[ES] La crisis financiera internacional iniciada en Estados Unidos en
2007 provocó la drástica contracción del crédito concedido por las
entidades bancarias. Esto supuso un problema para muchas
empresas, en especial, para las pymes españolas que siempre han
mantenido una importante dependencia de la financiación
bancaria. En esta situación, estas compañías han tenido que
plantearse otras opciones para obtener recursos ajenos. El objetivo
de este trabajo es analizar esas alternativas disponibles como es el
caso del crowdfunding, los business angels, el capital riesgo, el
Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, las Sociedades de Garantía
Recíproca, y los fondos públicos como son las líneas ICO, cada
una de ellas dirigidas sobre todo a pymes.
[EN] The international financial crisis, that began in the United States in 2007, caused the drastric contraction of banking credit. This was a big problem for many companies, especially for Spanish SMEs which have always maintained an important dependence on bank financing. In this situation, these companies have had to condiser other options for getting externa! resources. The aim of this paper is to analyze the alternatives available such as crowdfunding,business angels, venture capital, the Alternative Investment Market, the Mutual Guarantee Societies, and public resources like the ICO lines, each of them especially for SMEs.
