HISTORIA SOCIOLABORAL DE LA MUJER EN ESPAÑA DESDE EL SIGLO XX HASTA LA ACTUALIDAD

Abstract

En la actualidad el tema de las limitaciones sociolaborales de la mujer es algo muy común y que puede verse a diario. Este trabajo consiste en una revisión bibliográfica que tiene como fin principal conocer la evolución sociolaboral que ha tenido la mujer a lo largo de la historia. Para ello, se han descrito las distintas etapas por las que ha pasado España; la II República, el Franquismo y la Constitución. También se han recogido las distintas normativas para poder observar los avances que ha logrado la mujer a lo largo de estos años. A través de gráficos se han querido plasmar las desigualdades que ha habido y hay en el mundo sociolaboral con la mujer en comparación con los hombres.

Nowadays, the issue of the socio-labor limitations of women is very common and can be seen on a daily basis. This work consists of a bibliographic review whose main purpose is to know the socio-labor evolution that women have had throughout history. For this, the different stages through which Spain has passed have been described; the Second Republic, the Francoism and the Constitution. The different regulations have also been collected to be able to observe the advances that women have achieved over these years. Through graphics they have tried to capture the inequalities that have existed in the socio-labor world with women compared to men.
