[EN] There are three essential elements that make up the concept of resilience: positive adaptation, adversity, and the resilient process. It has been observed that more resilient cancer patients have greater adherence to cancer treatment, are more likely to engage in physical activities, and exhibit more perseverance, optimism, self-confidence, hope, self-sufficiency, autonomy, and willpower, which makes the disease more bearable and improves their quality of life. Therefore, a resilience intervention program is proposed for women with breast cancer in the review phase. This program is divided into twelve sessions with the aim of increasing resilience in these women. The expected outcomes include the acquisition of new experiences and opportunities, acceptance of the disease, the generation or strengthening of emotional ties, and the achievement of an adaptive meaning or sense of the breast cancer process
