Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene su origen en la figura del régimen económico matrimonial. Se trata de la partición y derechos de cada cónyuge al momento de celebración del matrimonio; en el que, o bien se puede optar por gananciales o por separación de bienes. Es una figura muy importante debido a la gran cantidad de divorcios y separaciones producidos en la actualidad. Principalmente de lo que trata el trabajo es de la figura de la ley aplicable al régimen del matrimonio. Teniendo así mismo este su importancia en la ley elegida por las partes o bien por la ley elegida por el tribunal o por un Ordenamiento Jurídico correspondiente. En definitiva, profundizaremos en la figura del régimen económico matrimonial y su ley aplicable.
