[ES]En el desempeño y continuidad de las empresas del mundo, las empresas familiares juegan
un papel fundamental junto al problema de sucesión que también está relacionado
notablemente con el crecimiento de la empresa familiar. Es por esto por lo que el tema de
la sucesión es siempre fundamental entre los expertos en administración. El modo de
afrontar la sucesión en negocios familiares estará directamente relacionado con las
operaciones a largo plazo de las empresas, es por esto que en este estudio se investigará
a profundidad todo lo correspondiente a la sucesión y empresas familiares y se aplicará
la investigación en cinco casos particulares seleccionados de empresas de la ciudad de
Guayaquil-Ecuador para así poder tener una perspectiva de cómo es el comportamiento
empresarial ecuatoriano en cuanto respecta a empresas familiares y sucesión
[EN]In the performance and continuity of the world's companies, family businesses play a fundamental role together with the succession problem that is also significantly related to the growth of the family business. This is why the subject of succession is always fundamental among experts in administration. The way to deal with the succession in family businesses will be directly related to the long-term operations of the companies, which is why this study will thoroughly investigate everything related to succession and family businesses and the investigation will be applied in five cases selected individuals from companies in the city of Guayaquil-Ecuador in order to have a perspective on how Ecuadorian business behavior is in terms of family businesses and succession.
