Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar los hábitos saludables, en cuanto a
alimentación, higiene y actividad física en el alumnado de Educación Infantil, así como
fomentar estilos de vida adecuados para mejorar la salud y prevenir enfermedades. Esta
memoria está formada por tres partes. En primer lugar, se expone una fundamentación teórica
mostrando los principales resultados de investigaciones relativas a hábitos saludables, hábitos
de higiene y actividad física. Posteriormente, se presenta una investigación educativa
obteniendo información relativa a hábitos saludables como sobre el desayuno que los niños
realizan y los alimentos que consideran sanos. Se ha concluido que los hábitos no son
saludables dado el escaso consumo de vegetales y frutas. También se observa que no tienen
hábitos de aseo personal y descanso bien definidos y la inactividad física es muy abundante.
Por último, se propone una aplicación didáctica de ocho sesiones dirigida a promover unos
correctos hábitos saludables.
The objective of this work is to determine the healthy habits, in terms of food, hygiene and physical activity, of the students of Early Childhood Education, as well as to promote appropriate lifestyles to improve health and prevent diseases. This memory is made up of three parts. In the first place, a theoretical foundation is exposed, showing the main results of research related to healthy habits, hygiene habits and physical activity. Subsequently, an educational research is presented, obtaining information related to healthy habits such as the breakfast that the children make and the foods thy consider healthy. It has been concluded that habits are not healthy given the low consumption of vegetables and fruits. It is also observed that they do not have well-defined personal hygiene and rest habits and physical inactivity is very abundant. Finally, a didactic application of eight sessions aimed at promote correct healthy habits is proposed.
