POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE INTEGRACIÓN LABORAL DE LAS MUJERES CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL EN JAÉN.

Abstract

Las Políticas Públicas de Integración Laboral son un mecanismo fundamental para el camino hacia una inclusión total de los colectivos más vulnerables, en este caso las mujeres con discapacidad intelectual. Al tratarse de acciones y decisiones que buscan una solución eficaz, deben ser llevadas a cabo por el Gobierno. Este proyecto, se basa en las ayudas que recibe este colectivo y las barreras a las que se enfrentan, siendo un problema a la hora de acceder al mundo laboral. Además, se hablará sobre las entidades colaboradoras con este colectivo y las ayudas que les ofrecen. Cabe destacar el afán de este proyecto por reflejar las barreras a las que se tienen que enfrentar las mujeres con discapacidad, ya que no solo se trata de barreras laboral, sino también a nivel urbanístico, familiar y social.

The Public Policies for Labor Integration are a fundamental mechanism for the path towards a total inclusion of the most vulnerable groups, in this case women with intellectual disabilities. As they are actions and decisions that seek an effective solution, they must be carried out by the Government. This project is based on the aid that this group receives and the barriers they face, being a problem when it comes to accessing the world of work. In addition, they will talk about the entities collaborating with this group and the aid they offer them. It is worth highlighting the desire of this project to reflect the barriers that women with disabilities have to face, since it is not only about labor barriers, but also at the urban, family and social level.
