CIPE.
[EN] The following work deals a clinical case from two different nursing taxonomies to analyse the facilities and difficulties give us to work with as well as their own applicability. The clinical case occurs in the environment of the Portuguese Institute of Porto. It consists of a patient admitted for an oncological surgery, whose stay is prolonged due to the complexity of the case and the various complications that the patient suffers over income. On the one hand, we carried out an assessment working with the functional patterns of Marjory Gordon and using the NANDA taxonomy (Nort American Nursing Diagnosis Association), to determine the nursing diagnoses and interrelate them with the NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) and NOC taxonomies (Nursing outcomes Classification) to achieve the most effective interventions and expected results respectively. On the other hand, we use a second taxonomy based on the standardized language of the CIPE methodology.
