[ES] En el presente documento se expone la implantación de un programa de intervención basado
en mindfulness con la finalidad de reducir el estrés en reclusos. Los participantes serán 16 presos no
reincidentes y en régimen de segundo grado con edades comprendidas entre los 25 y 50 años. Esta
intervención está basada en el programa MBSR de Jon Kabat-Zinn y su objetivo principal es mejorar
la atención del momento presente y en consecuencia reducir el estrés que provoca el vivir recluido.
[EN] This document expose the implantation of a intervention program based on Mindfulness with the objective of jail prisoners stress reduction. Participants will be 16 prisioners non recidivists, and in second degree of spanish prison regime. They must be between 25 and 50 years old. This intervention is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) by Jon Kabat- Zinn. The main objective is that prisoners improve the attention in the present moment and reduce the stress caused by imprisonment.
