Políticas Activas de Empleo para colectivos con dificultades de inserción en el mercado laboral: Las personas Jóvenes

Abstract

El eje principal del trabajo es presentar la importancia de tener un empleo para conseguir la integración social del usuario o usuaria, además de para su proceso de cambio, donde es fundamental la emancipación económica. Al inicio de este trabajo se encontrará el deber de trabajar y el derecho al trabajo, según la Constitución española, junto con la diferencia entre empleo y trabajo, ya que se trata de una diferencia necesaria para poder distinguir realmente, ¿De qué hablamos cuando nos referimos a tener un empleo? Se hablará de la necesidad de la cohesión social con el fin de crear un conjunto de políticas por las que la sociedad trata de minimizar las eventuales desigualdades entre sus ciudadanos, en este caso se hablará de las políticas activas de empleo, ¿Qué son? ¿Cuáles hay actualmente vigentes tanto a nivel Internacional, Europeo, Estatal y a nivel Autonómico de la Junta de Andalucía?The main axis of the work is to present the importance of having a job to achieve the social integration of the user, as well as for their process of change, where economic emancipation is essential.
