PROGRAMA DE ORIENTACIÓN E INTERVENCIÓN PSICOPEDAGÓGICA PARA MEJORAR LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL EN EL ALUMNADO

Abstract

[ES] Un aspecto denostado en nuestro sistema educativo, atendiendo a la formación integral del alumnado que defiende y promociona, es el desarrollo formativo en educación emocional de los discentes, pese a las demandas actuales y la gran necesidad plasmada por la sociedad actual, aún no se han implementado en el currículo un programa que propicie la consecución de habilidades emocionales que ayuden al alumnado a tener un autoconocimiento y relaciones sociales y de comunicación adecuadas. Por ello, el presente programa está destinado al alumnado de primero de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (E.S.O), ya que son los que comienzan a experimentar mayores cambios personales y con los demás. Se realizará desde las tres áreas de intervención que son Acción Tutorial, Atención a la Diversidad y Orientación Académica y Profesional. En cada una de las sesiones se propondrán diferentes actividades que propicien a la consecución de los objetivos propuestos, para una correcta educación emocional.

[EN] A reviled aspect in our educational system, taking into account the comprehensive training of the students that it defends and promotes, is the formative development in emotional education of the students, despite the current demands and the great need expressed by today's society, they have not yet been implemented in the curriculum a program that encourages the achievement of emotional skills that help students to have self-knowledge and adequate social and communication relationships. For this reason, this program is intended for students of first year of Compulsory Secondary Education (E.S.O), since they are the ones who begin to experience greater personal and other changes. It will be carried out from the three areas of intervention that are Tutorial Action, Attention to Diversity and Academic and Professional Orientation. In each of the sessions, different activities will be proposed that promote the achievement of the proposed objectives, for a correct emotional education.
