Resumen
[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Máster se desarrolla una Propuesta Didáctica para alumnado de 2o curso de
Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) de la asignatura de Física y Química. Está basada en el uso de
contextos para facilitar y mejorar la comprensión de contenidos del currículo de educación secundaria de
Química. Como contexto se usará “la cocina” por ser un entorno cercano y conocido por alumnado donde
podemos encontrar y utilizar fenómenos relacionados con la Química.
En el trabajo se pueden encontrar dos partes diferenciadas, pero relacionadas entre sí. En el primer bloque de contenidos se hace una revisión bibliográfica sobre contextos educativos y aplicables a la
Química para su enseñanza, así como distintos aspectos que se tratan en la propuesta didáctica
posteriormente. En el segundo bloque se desarrolla la Propuesta Didáctica y su secuenciación, donde se
explican las diferentes actividades que se realizan dentro del aula y en el laboratorio.
[EN] In this Master's Thesis (MT) an Educational Proposal of Physics and Chemistry subject has been designed. This Learning Sequence, for students of 2nd year of Secondary Level education, is focused on “kitchen as chemistry context” to facilitate and improve the understanding of phenomena and contents of the Chemistry Secondary Level education curriculum. This context is applied because is close and well-known to students and it is an environment where several situations related to Chemistry can be found and used. The MT is structured in two different parts but related to each other. In the first block of contents, a bibliographic review about educational contexts and applicable to Chemistry for its teaching is carried out, besides some aspects related with the Didactic Proposal suggested. Secondly, the Didactic Proposal and the learning sequence are developed including the activities that will be carried out both in the classroom and laboratory.
