Resumen
[ES] La finalidad de esta investigación es analizar el impacto del veganismo y el consumo del mismo, además se ha teniendo como referencia el restaurante Hicuri Art Vegan localizado en la provincia de Granada y la valoración de su servicio, si los clientes que acuden a él practican el veganismo o no, y viceversa, es decir, cuántas personas son veganas o no y conocen dicho restaurante. Para ello se ha difundido un cuestionario de elaboración propia.
Se expondrán también las repercusiones de seguir una dieta vegana en cuanto a los aspectos medioambientales y comerciales, así como los motivos de que a pesar de ser la dieta más sostenible para el planeta es la menos seguida por la población a nivel mundial.
Se finalizará el proyecto explicando la necesidad de una serie de mejoras para dicho restaurante como sería una renovada estrategia de comunicación, la inversión para la participación de eventos o ferias como “VeggieWorld” o la apertura de un nuevo local en la provincia.
[EN] The aim of this investigation is to analyze the impact of veganism and its consumption, furhermore we have a reference the Hicuri Art Vegan restaurant located in the province of Granada and the assessment of its service, if the customers who come to it practice the veganism or not, and vice versa, that is, how many people are vegan or not and know that restaurant. For this, a self- developed survey has been disseminated. The repercussions of following a vegan diet in terms of environmental and commercial aspects, as well as the reasons that despite being the most sustainable diet for the planet is the least followed by the population worldwide, will also be presented. The project will be finalized explaining the need for a series of improvements for this restaurant, such as renewed communication strategy, investment for the participation of events or fairs like a “VeggieWorld” or the opening of a new local in the province.
