Resumen
La cata del aceite de oliva está sujeta a cierta subjetividad y es difícil determinar la calidad real del aceite analizando solo sus características organolépticas. La nariz electrónica, un proyecto multidisciplinar que se compone de tres tomos, Mecánica, Electrónica Hardware y Software, utiliza sensores de gas para captar componentes volátiles de la muestra y así poder hallar la huella sensorial del aceite de manera objetiva. Este tomo trata el desarrollo de la Electrónica Software.
Olive oil tasting is subject to certain subjectivity and it is difficult to determine the real quality of the oil by analyzing only its organoleptic characteristics. The electronic nose, a multidisciplinary project consisting of three volumes, Mechanics, Hardware Electronics and Software, uses gas sensors to capture volatile components of the sample in order to find the sensory fingerprint of the oil in an objective way. This volume deals with the development of Software Electronics.
