Resumen
Este Trabajo Final de Máster tata sobre la desigualdad de género que sufren las mujeres en el ámbito económico y se divide en dos partes. La primera parte es la fundamentación epistemológica donde se hace un recorrido histórico de la desigualdad de género, se habla sobre su evolución en el mercado laboral, de cómo la pandemia ha impactado en este problema y ha aumentado la discriminación a la mujer y la segregación ocupacional y, además, se dan propuestas para combatirlo y prevenirlo. La segunda parte es la programación didáctica, donde se programa una Unidad Didáctica (UD) en concreto del módulo de Promoción en Igualdad de Género. Esta programación va dirigida al alumnado de primer curso del ciclo de grado superior en Promoción de Igualdad de Género del I.E.S Ben Gabirol de Málaga.
This Master's thesis deals with gender inequality suffered by women in the economic sphere and is divided into two parts. The first part is the epistemological foundation where a historical review of gender inequality is made, it talks about its evolution in the labor market, how the pandemic has impacted on this problem and has increased discrimination against women and occupational segregation and, in addition, proposals are given to combat and prevent it. The second part is the didactic programming, where a Didactic Unit (UD) of the Promotion of Gender Equality module is programmed. This program is addressed to the students of the first year of the superior grade cycle in Gender Equality Promotion of the I.E.S Ben Gabirol of Malaga.
