[EN] The tendinopathy is the term used to describe diverse tendon pathologies, including paratendinitis, tendinitis and tendinosis. The programs of strengthening by means of eccentric exercise have been outlined recently as key element in rehabilitation of Achilles tendinopathies. Evaluate the efficiency of the eccentric exercise opposite to other treatments of Achilles tendinopathies. Bibliographical searches were realized in PubMed, PEDro and Cochrane using: " Eccentric AND tendinopathy ". The studies were clinical tests randomized of high quality and published it does less than 5 years in Cochrane and less than 10 years in PubMed and PEDro. It was realized in March, 2016. There were identified 464 publications, of which 10 of complete text were selected depending on criteria of exclusion and incorporation. The eccentric exercise has demonstrated moderate evidence of improvement of symptoms of Achilles chronic tendinopathies, such as pain, in rest or during activity, inflexibility and increase of muscular strength.
