LOS DERECHOS SOCIALES Y EL ESTADO CONSTITUCIONAL

Abstract

Este trabajo nos expone cómo ha avanzado la sociedad española a lo largo del tiempo y cómo los derechos sociales han estado presentes desde los inicios, dando lugar al sistema constitucional que se ha consolidado encabezado por la Constitución de 1978. Primero, se hace una breve introducción a los derechos sociales, dotándolos de significado y clasificando las ramas que los componen. Como ayuda para traer a la actualidad lo que se regula con el derecho social, he comentado algunos ejemplos para, finalmente, explicar la relación que tiene el derecho social con la constitución. Después de este punto he dado paso a la explicación del derecho constitucional, la cual he dividido en puntos.

This work shows us how Spanish society has advanced over time and how social rights have been present from the beginning, giving rise to the constitutional system that has been consolidated by the 1978 Constitution. First, a brief introduction is made to social rights, endowing them with meaning and classifying the branches that compose them. To help bring up to date what is regulated by social law, I have commented on some examples to finally explain the relationship that social law has with the constitution. After this point I have given way to the explanation of constitutional law, which I have divided into points.
