No En este trabajo se realiza una revisión bibliográfica no sistemática sobre la inclusión social y laboral de
personas con diversidad funcional intelectual, resaltando la importancia del empleo para una sociedad
diversa. Se recopila información sobre la evolución histórica de la diversidad funcional y la inclusión de estas
personas en la sociedad y el mercado laboral, contextualizando conceptos relevantes. También se hablara
de las funciones del trabajo social en los programas de inclusión laboral. Además, se investiga las
asociaciones más reconocidas a nivel nacional enfocadas en la inclusión socio-laboral de personas con
diversidad funcional intelectual, analizando los programas que implementan y un análisis de sus
características, permitiendo una comparación entre ellas. Se dará prioridad a las asociaciones galardonadas
en el ámbito de la inclusión social y laboral. Se concluye con un análisis del proceso de investigación y una
reflexión sobre las experiencias durante la búsqueda de información
This work consists of a non-systematic bibliographic review on the social and labor inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities, highlighting the importance of employment for a diverse society. It gathers information on the historical evolution of functional diversity and the inclusion of these individuals in society and the labor market, providing contextualization of relevant concepts. The functions of social work in labor inclusion programs will also be discussed. Additionally, research is conducted on the most recognized associations at the national level focused on the socio-occupational inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities. This involves analyzing the programs they implement and conducting an analysis of their characteristics, allowing for a comparison among them. Priority is given to associations awarded in the field of social and labor inclusion. The work concludes with an analysis of the research process and a reflection on the experiences during the information search
