El Régimen Jurídico en el Turismo Sostenible

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) se expone un estudio acerca de cómo el régimen jurídico ha de estar encaminado en la consecución de un turismo sostenible en ámbito económico, social y medioambiental. Para ello se presenta un análisis del modelo turístico, tratando aspectos de actuación en el sector por parte de agentes públicos y privados, tanto a niveles pasados, como a actuales y futuros. En el estudio se hace un recorrido por sistema turístico español desde los inicios del mismo, en el ámbito europeo, nacional, y andaluz, enfocado en la actuación política y legislativa. A continuación, se expondrán definiciones, modelos, análisis y diversos temas de turismo, sostenibilidad y la unión de ambos en lo que se conoce como turismo sostenible.

This End-of-Grade Work presents a study on how the legal regime should be directed towards achieving sustainable tourism in the economic, social and environmental spheres. For this purpose, an analysis of the tourism model is presented, dealing with aspects of action in the sector by public and private agents, both at past levels, as well as current and future levels.. The study takes a tour of the Spanish tourist system from the beginning of the study, at European, national, and Andalusian level, focused on political and legislative action. Definitions, models, analyses and various topics of tourism, sustainability and the union of both will be set out below in what is known as sustainable tourism.
