Los deportes alternativos dentro de las actividades extraescolares

Abstract

Mediante la creación de este trabajo, se promueve la inclusión de los juegos y deportes alternativos dentro de las actividades extraescolares. Uno de los principales objetivos es fomentar el deporte y la educación del tiempo libre. Gracias a los juegos y deportes alternativos los alumnos/as conocerán nuevos deportes desconocidos para ellos. Otro de los aspectos a destacar es la promoción de la igualdad de sexo. Para la propuesta didáctica, se realizarán un total de 6 sesiones.By carrying out this Final degree project, the integration of games and alternative sport is enhanced within the extracurricular activities. On the one hand, one of the main objectives is to promote the sport and free time education. Thanks to games and alternative sports, pupils will learn new unknown sports they have never learnt before. On the other hand, the promotion of equal education is other of the most important aspects to consider within this project. Apart from this, a total of six sessions will be done and proposed for the didactic proposal.
