“TRANSFORMANDO REALIDADES EN BARRIOS VULNERABLES: EL PAPEL DEL TRABAJO SOCIAL EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE COMUNIDADES RESILIENTES”

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda una de las problemáticas existentes en nuestra sociedad, así como la pobreza y la exclusión social en zonas vulnerables, para comprender la realidad en la que se encuentran millones de personas especialmente afectadas por estas condiciones de desigualdad. Partiendo primeramente en él de un marco conceptual resultado de una revisión bibliográfica para tratar algunos términos, tales como pobreza, exclusión social, intervención comunitaria y participación ciudadana. Siguiendo de un análisis sobre el indicador AROPE y la Estrategia Regional Andaluza para la Cohesión e Inclusión Social, para mostrar por un lado la evolución del impacto de la pobreza en España, y por otro lado, la actuación sobre las zonas donde se registran situaciones de exclusión. Al igual que, posteriormente, se incluye un estudio de un núcleo urbano extremadamente degradado de Sevilla, conocido como las Tres Mil ViviendasThis paper addresses one of the existing problems in our society, as well as poverty and social exclusion in vulnerable areas, to understand the reality in which millions of people are especially affected by these conditions of inequality. Starting first in it from a conceptual framework resulting from a bibliographical review to deal with some terms, such as poverty, social exclusion, community intervention and citizen participation. Following an analysis of the AROPE indicator and the Andalusian Regional Strategy for Cohesion and Social Inclusion, to show on the one hand the evolution of the impact of poverty in Spain, and on the other hand, the action in areas where situations of exclusion. As, later, a study of an extremely degraded urban nucleus of Seville, known as the Tres Mil Viviendas, is included
