ANÁLISIS DE LA CONDICIÓN FÍSICA, TIPOLOGÍA CORPORAL Y ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA SOBRE VARIABLES ESCOLARES DE TECNOESTRÉS, BULLYING Y DEPENDENCIA DEL TELÉFONO MÓVIL EN ADOLESCENTES

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la relación entre los índices de condición física, la tipología corporal y el nivel de actividad física con respecto al tecnoestrés, bullying y dependencia del teléfono móvil. La muestra estaba formada por 145 estudiantes adolescentes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria de la provincia de Jaén. El tecnoestrés, el bullying y la dependencia del teléfono móvil se evaluaron mediante cuestionarios. Los análisis no mostraron asociaciones significativas entre condición física, tipología corporal y actividad físisca con tecnoestrés, bullying y dependencia de teléfono móvil. Sin embargo, se reportó que la la realidad laboral del padre se asocia con la dependencia del teléfono móvil, y la edad se relaciona con el tecnoestrés y la dependencia del teléfono móvil. Es decir, a medida que aumenta la edad existe una mayor dependencia del teléfono móvil. [EN]The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between physical condition indexes, body typology and physical activity level with respect to techno-stress, bullying and mobile phone dependence. The sample consisted of 145 adolescent students of Compulsory Secondary Education from the province of Jaén. Techno-stress, bullying and dependence on the mobile phone were assessed through questionnaires. The analyzes did not show significant associations between physical condition, body type and physical activity with techno-stress, bullying and mobile phone dependence. However, it was reported that the work reality of the father is associated with mobile phone dependence, and age is related to techno-stress and dependence on the mobile phone.
