Implementación del sistema MES y análisis de datos de planta obtenidos en Valeo Lighting System Martos

Abstract

Este trabajo detalla el proyecto de desarrollo e implementación del sistema de gestión MES en la una de las líneas de producción de proyectores en Valeo Lighting System, así como el análisis de los datos obtenidos del área en tiempo real de las averías producidas. Los datos analizados, que corresponden a los generados durante el mes de enero de dos mil veinte, se utilizan para detectar las causas de pérdidas y mejorar la eficiencia de la línea de producción. Tras la identificación y realización de acciones de mejora, se muestra los resultados del mes febrero tras como demostración de la aplicabilidad del sistema. En el mismo trabajo, se explica la configuración y las distintas partes implicadas en la estructura para su funcionamiento, así como la motivación de la implementación del sistema, basandose en la transformación en una fábrica inteligente, propia de la cuarta revolución industrial y la aplicación en todo momento vigente de la filosofía Lean.

This document details the development and implementation project of the MES management system in one head lamps production lines in the Valeo Lighting System, as well as the analysis of the data obtained from the area in real time from the breakdowns produced. The analyzed data, which correspond to those generated during the month of January of two thousand and twenty, are used to detect the causes of losses and improve the efficiency of the production line. After identification and implementation of improvement actions, the results of the month February are shown as a demonstration of the applicability of the system. In addition, the configuration and the different parties involved in the structure for its operation are explained, as well as the motivation of the implementation of the system, based on the transformation into a smart factory as part of the fourth industrial revolution and the ever-present application of Lean philosophy.
