Influencia de un programa de Educación Física en la conducta de alumnado, tanto normativo como disruptivo, aplicado durante los intervalos de una jornada escolar

[ES] Existe una fuerte relación entre la actividad física y el comportamiento, concentración y rendimiento del alumnado. Es por ello que se ha propuesto el objetivo de comprobar y demostrar si esta afirmación es correcta utilizando los descansos activos en el aula. Estos se realizarán cuando se cambie de profesor, asignatura o simplemente cuando el profesorado lo crea oportuno.
Se implementa este método con el fin de que el alumnado mejore significativamente los aspectos anteriormente nombrados de cara a la siguiente sesión de trabajo en el aula.
En esta investigación se ha utilizado una rúbrica donde se recogen distintos aspectos a evaluar al acabar las sesiones de trabajo. Dichas rúbricas fueron rellenadas por el profesorado que correspondía utilizando la observación directa.
Este proyecto tuvo una duración de dos semanas, tiempo suficiente para poder obtener resultados concluyentes.
[EN] There is a strong relationship between physical activity and student behavior, concentration and performance. That is why the objective of checking and demonstrating whether this statement is correct using active breaks in the classroom has been proposed. These will be carried out when the teacher or subject is changed or simply when the teachers deem it appropriate. This method is implemented in order for students to significantly improve the aforementioned aspects for the next work session in the classroom. In this research, a rubric has been used where different aspects to be evaluated at the end of the work sessions are collected. These rubrics were completed by the corresponding teaching staff using direct observation. This project lasted two weeks, enough time to obtain conclusive results.
