Hoy en día nuestro tejido empresarial se enfrenta a una situación de inestabilidad. Pues en el entorno competitivo y hostil de la pequeña y mediana empresa aparecen nuevas variables y competidores. A pesar del miedo que abandonar el nido supone en ocasiones, las empresas han de conocer la multitud de oportunidades presentes más allá de la marca fronteriza española.
Por lo que el presente trabajo tomando como ejemplo el sector del calzado, ofrece una guía básica de actuación para las empresas que buscan la forma de superar fronteras sin incurrir en excesivos costes.
The current Spanish Company faces an unstable situation due to the competitive environment of the small and medium Spanish companies that present nowadays new competitors and conditions. Although leaving our home markets is sometimes scary, the Spanish companies have to know the numerous opportunities that foreign markets offer to them. Therefore, this project, having the shoe-making sector as its main example, tries to be a basic guide for this companies that are looking to expand abroad without spending too much.
